Therapy for High Achievers, Anxiety, and Perfectionism
Sound familiar?
You’re a hard worker, you have high expectations for yourself, and you strive for the ideal. From the outside, it looks like you have everything together, and others see no need for concern.
But…
Despite your successes, you’re still plagued by self doubt.
You struggle to make the “right” decisions, and often second guess your choices.
You’re highly critical of yourself; your mind is not a forgiving place.
You still feel like you’re not doing enough, and often compare yourself to others.
You have trouble staying present; your mind is always working.
You’re terrified of making a mistake, being criticized, or failing.
You’re able to think circles around your problems, yet you still find yourself lacking clarity.
If you don’t know how to solve a problem right away, you remain in a state of overthinking until you know exactly how to do so.
You are quick to support others, but find it difficult to let others support you.
You feel exhausted, burned out, and overwhelmed by life.
